The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District is preparing to issue a pre-solicitation notice for the renovation of Building 20145 at Wright Patterson Airforce Base in Dayton, Ohio. The project involves the construction of three elevated floors totaling 17,941 square feet and the renovation of 9,666 square feet to create secure laboratory spaces, including modeling and simulation laboratories, control rooms, and a Network Operations Center (NOC). The anticipated contract, valued between $10 million and $25 million, is expected to be awarded under a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) arrangement with a duration of 820 calendar days, and the solicitation is projected to be released around February 14, 2025. Interested parties should maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and may contact Thomas Nauert at thomas.s.nauert@usace.army.mil for further information.
