Description

Solicitation DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE NAVY is seeking a lease for approximately 27,296 SF of climate controlled, secure industrial space in Kittery, ME. This space will be used by the U.S. Navy for the fabrication, repair, and installation of containment items for Shop 75 (Sail Loft) at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The lease should include a minimum of 4,850 SF of personnel space. The Request for Proposal (RFP) has been cancelled as of 10/30/2023.
