The project involves a comprehensive survey and restoration of the streambank along Vermilion County Highway 21 in Illinois, including the installation of riprap and filter stone to stabilize the bank and prevent erosion. This initiative is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the Vermilion River, a designated wild and scenic river, and is expected to be completed within 180 calendar days, with an estimated contract value ranging from $1 million to $5 million.
