Armstrong Test Facility (ATF) in Sandusky, Ohio, seeking interest from commercial aerospace, research, technology, and academic entities for land development. The objective is to promote development that aligns with the GRC Master Plan, with available land consisting of five parcels, some of which have a history of prior industrial activities that have been remediated.
