Solicitation release is anticipated in March and award in July 2026 for the base IDIQ concurrent with a production Delivery Order. DFARS Clause 252.223-7002 and FAR 52.229-3 will be incorporated, and the USAF may waive FAT requirements for production gaps exceeding 45 days under certain circumstances.
