Medium Landing Ship (LSM) Block 1 Design (Israeli Logistics Support Vessel (ILSV))

The Department of Defense, through the Naval Sea Systems Command, intends to issue a presolicitation for the procurement of the Technical Data Package (TDP) and Associated Rights for the Israeli Logistics Support Vessel (ILSV) ship design from Bollinger Shipyards Lockport, L.L.C. This procurement is being conducted on a sole source basis, as the Government has determined that only one responsible source can meet its requirements under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 2304(c)(1). The ILSV is crucial for enhancing naval logistics capabilities, and interested parties may express their interest or capability to respond to the requirement within fifteen days of this notice.
