Request for Information Trusted Partner Program

This Request for Information (RFI) from the US Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground-Research Triangle Park (ACC-APG-RTP) seeks to identify academic institutions interested in supporting the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Army Research Laboratory (ARL). The RFI aims to establish a Trusted Partner Program (TPP) with external academic entities capable of rapidly conducting basic scientific research across ARL's disciplinary perspectives. Respondents are asked to detail their interest, security clearances, IT infrastructure, research capabilities, expertise alignment with ARL, interdisciplinary experience, technology transition track record, and programmatic/financial considerations.
