RFI for Ground Bounce NaaS

The RFI Ground Bounce NaaS document addresses questions regarding a federal government Request for Information (RFI) for a Network as a Service (NaaS) effort. The Government confirmed that the PowerPoint deliverable is a presentation version of the white paper, containing the same information in a different format. For the contracting vehicle, the USG is contemplating a full and open competition. Regarding the scope, the Government is currently projecting support for 8 ground bounce locations, with plans for future expansion. There is no limit on the number of user organizations as long as funding is available, and the Government is interested in how industry could adapt service offerings to accommodate site expansion and a changing number of individual users over time.
