The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility in Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed-price award to CAREFUSION SOLUTIONS, 3750 Torrey View Court, San Diego, California 92130 to replace end of life Pyxis equipment, preventative maintenance and support services for Crownpoint Healthcare Pharmacy Department

The Period of Performance will be 10/01/2025 to 09/30/2026 plus Four Option Periods.

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to CAREFUSION SOLUTIONS, LLC in accordance with FAR 13.106- 1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available based on exclusive licensing agreement.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than CAREFUSION SOLUTIONS, LLC may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Janice Martinez, Supervisory Contract Specialist, at Janice.Martinez@ihs.gov by August 9, 2205.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.   Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
