The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Air Force, is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential sources capable of repairing the Programmable Armament Control System 46 (PACS-46) for the F-15 aircraft. The government seeks contractors with the necessary repair data, expertise, and experience to meet the qualification requirements for this non-commercial military system, which is currently serviced by Collins Aerospace as the sole source contractor. Interested parties are encouraged to demonstrate their capabilities through a Contractor Capability Survey, addressing key areas such as previous experience, repair capabilities, and parts obsolescence solutions. Responses must be submitted by December 7, 2024, and inquiries can be directed to Lynzee White at lynzee.white@us.af.mil or Lauren Mitchell at lauren.mitchell.6@us.af.mil.
