    Description

    Presolicitation notice from the Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Land and Maritime, for the procurement of tires. The Government will be conducting a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection. The evaluation factors for determining acceptability of offers include Materiel Requirement, Delivery Requirement, Experience, Compliance Requirement, and Surge and Sustainment Factor. The procurement will be FOB destination, with inspection and acceptance at destination.
