The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Navy, is seeking to extend a contract for the provision of a U.S. flag cargo vessel under a Military Sealift Command (MSC) dry cargo time charter for an additional 35 days to support Presidential Drawdown Authority (PDA) requirements.
