NASA's National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking to procure a Safran Skydel GSG-8 GNSS Simulator and Software to support its Starling technology demonstration satellite swarm mission. This procurement includes a simulator equipped with advanced features such as four high-quality RF ports, a built-in Linux computer/controller, and robust simulation engine software capable of simulating over 2000 signals, which is crucial for GNSS threats resiliency testing, including jamming and spoofing. The performance of this acquisition will take place at the NASA Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, California, over a period of ten weeks following the award of the contract.
