Solicitation Notice: DEPT OF DEFENSE - DEPT OF THE ARMY

The Department of Defense is seeking catering services for meal drop off at Ft. Drum, NY from 13-18 August 2024. The meals will be delivered to 20621 Munns Corner Rd. Ft. Drum, NY 13603 and will include breakfast and dinner. The NYARNG intends to award a small business that offers the lowest price for meal drop off meeting all criteria of the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary containers, materials, and utensils for serving the meals. The meals must meet the food standards outlined in the SOW and will be subject to inspection by the government. The deadline for questions is Wednesday, 10 July 2024, and the deadline for quote submission is Monday, 15 July 2024. The basis of award will be the lowest price that meets all the requirements of the solicitation and SOW. For more details and specific requirements, please refer to the attached RFQ and SOW. Quotes should include all requested meals and documents as outlined in the SOW.
