Services include consultation, diagnosis, therapy and treatment, prognosis, and dialysis treatment of kidney disease patients. The contractor will provide a minimum of eight half-day physician telemedicine clinics, inpatient consultation and rounding, weekend rounding, and 24/7 on-call coverage.
