    Solicitation from the Department of Agriculture, Forest Service is seeking a Pacific Southwest (PSW) Stewardship Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for multiple forests in the R5 region. The BPA will cover federal and local agency lands within 150 miles of the boundaries of various national forests.
