NASA Kennedy Space Center requires renewal of its iSite Contract and Program Management Office System, known as iSite Renewal. The system includes modules for deliverables, essentials, estimating, financials, funding, risk management, and task management, with unlimited user access and automatic software upgrades. Hosting is FedRAMP/FISMA compliant with 1 TB of data storage in a cloud environment. Help desk support is available 24/7, with a one-hour response time during business hours. Additionally, the contract includes 160 hours of custom development for reports, integrations, or new tools. The period of performance is from December 15, 2025, to December 14, 2026, at Kennedy Space Center, FL. The contract also mandates disclosures regarding the use of AI technologies and additional requirements for acquiring covered AI systems or services, as defined by OMB memo M-25-22.

**Synopsis:**

NASA/NSSC has a requirement for iSite License Renewal.

NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to MSM GROUP INC 22021 Brookpark RD STE 123, Fairview Park, Ohio 44126-3100, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that MSM GROUP INC is the sole provider of iSite License Renewal.

NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.  Performance will be located at NASA/ Kennedy Space Center (KSC).

The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 12/12/2025. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
