The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), is seeking contractors to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Work-Life services for its global workforce of approximately 24,000 employees. The objective is to procure comprehensive services that include confidential counseling, consultation, and coaching to address personal and work-related issues, alongside robust Work-Life services, training, and critical incident response. This contract will be structured as a single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, commencing on May 9, 2026.
