    The Department of AGENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT is seeking a U.S. Personal Services Contractor (USPSC) as a Senior Democracy, Rights and Governance (DRG) Advisor for USAID/Ghana. This solicitation is for the procurement of professional services in support of the DRG Office's evolving and expanding responsibilities. The Senior DRG Advisor will provide critical support in designing and managing DRG programming focused on Accountability, Conflict Prevention, and Human Rights programming. The advisor will work closely with the DRG Office Director and staff to strengthen public financial management, support peaceful and credible elections, and promote respect for human rights.
