The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District, is seeking to procure construction and renovation services for Building 4517 at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro, North Carolina. The project includes a sole-source requirement for the Best Coremax Keying System and various Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) items, with specific part numbers and detailed descriptions provided for each item. The U.S Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District has an upcoming requirement for the construction and renovation of Building 4517 at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. As a part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include a sole-source brand requirement for the Best Coremax Keying System (keys and cores) and Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E).

Specifically, the following part numbers for Coremax keying systems:

1CX7X39Z-2-626 for combinated cores or 1CX7X39Z-l -626 for uncombinated cores.

The part numbers for the keys are 1AX1X39Z-2-KS717-KS699 for combinated cores and 1AX1X39Z-l -KS717-KS699 for uncombinated cores.
