The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, is issuing an Invitation for Bids for the maintenance dredging of the Narraguagus River Federal Navigation Project located in Milbridge, Maine. The project involves dredging approximately 150,000 cubic yards of material from designated shoaled areas of the navigation channel and anchorage areas to restore authorized depths, with a specific production rate requirement of at least 40,000 cubic yards every 30 consecutive calendar days. This maintenance work is crucial for ensuring safe navigation and access to the river, with an estimated construction cost ranging from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 and a completion deadline of April 1, 2025.
