Presolicitation DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE NAVY is seeking Contractor Instruction Services (CIS) in support of Chief of Naval Air training (CNATRA) at NAS Corpus Christi, TX, NAS Kingsville, TX, NAS Whiting Field, FL, NAS Pensacola, FL, and NAS Meridian, MS.
