The 502d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph (JBSA-Randolph), TX intends to solicit and award a sole-source firm-fixed-price purchase order with base year plus option years to **Southwest Solutions Group, Inc, 2535 E State Highway 121 Suite 110B, Lewisville, TX 75056.** This requirement isfor the service and parts replacement as needed, of Kardex Remstar (Kardex) five Vertical Lift Modules and one Vertical Carousel Module Automated Storage Retrieval Systems.  Services will include inspections, maintenance, repairs, and servicing. This proposed action is for products and/or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).  Interested parties who feel they can fully meet the requirement may submit a capability statement that includes proof of having been factory authorized, trained, and certified by Kardex to resell and provide servicing to the equipment referenced above and located here in the TX regional area.  Documents shall be submitted via email to all the points of contact identified in the posting.

This notice of intent is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers.  However, any responses received on or before **12:30 PM CDT, 19 August 2025** Central Daylight Time may be considered.  Any costs incurred in preparing and submitting the capability documents shall  not be reimbursed by the Government. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
