Request for Information for Remote Authentication Platform
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is conducting market research to identify qualified sources for a commercial-off-the-shelf remote authentication platform that will provide secure, single sign-on (SSO) access to the Department of Defense (DOD) and DHA's Virtual Medical Library (VML) content for authorized military health personnel. This web-based system is essential for facilitating access to a wide range of medical resources, including full-text journals, books, and continuing education materials, both on and off-campus. Interested parties are invited to submit a Capability Statement by November 24, 2025, detailing their technical capabilities and company information, as this is not a request for proposal and responses will not form a binding contract. For further inquiries, interested vendors may contact Linda M. Walker at linda.m.walker38.civ@health.mil or Destiny Wood at Destiny.r.wood2.civ@health.mil.
