Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE USAF Honor Guard Ceremonial Overcoats: The U.S. Air Force (USAF) Honor Guard is seeking custom-made overcoats for use in presidential ceremonies, funerals, and other high visibility ceremonies. These overcoats will be used on an as-needed basis and must match the specifications of the coats currently in use. The contractor will be responsible for manufacturing and delivering the overcoats, with quantities not to exceed 150 per year after the initial order of 400. The place of performance is Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, DC.
