Presolicitation Notice: General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office and warehouse space in Reno, NV. The space must be accessible 24/7/365 and meet fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. The lease term is 180 months, with a firm term of 120 months and one 2-year option. The space should not be located near hazardous materials transportation/storage facilities, railroads carrying hazardous materials, gas stations or fuel tanks, low-risk facilities, or facilities associated with foreign powers. The minimum and maximum square footage required is 19,522 sq. ft. The space should include 13,687 sq. ft. of office space and 5,835 sq. ft. of warehouse space. Additionally, 64 surface/reserved/secured parking spaces are needed. Expressions of interest are due by 8/5/2024, and occupancy is estimated to begin on 3/2/2026.
