The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District, is seeking qualified contractors for the Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) Range and Training Land Assessment (RTLA) Expeditionary Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC).
