The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with OCTASIC US INC., 310 N Wickham Road, Ste 102, Melbourne FL 32935 for cell site simulator equipment and accessories. The Contractor will provide delivery of OTASICS's cell site simulator equipment and accessories system. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price contract. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with 
FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), the justification is available upon request regarding this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for
this requirement is 334290. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation
