Description

Solicitation Notice: DEPT OF DEFENSE is seeking lease proposals for office space in Sault Sainte Marie, MI. The government requires a minimum of 6,500 square feet to a maximum of 6,825 square feet of general office space within a ¼ mile radius of St. Marys Falls Canal. The space will be used as the Integrated Project Office (IPO) for the Soo Mega Project, providing construction oversight and project management capabilities for the New Lock at the St. Marys Falls Canal. The lease term is anticipated to be through December 2030, with options for up to five additional years. Lease proposals are due by October 19, 2023, and the lease award will be made using the best value tradeoff method.
