USNS LARAMIE ROH/DD FY 26

This document is a Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for government technical data related to the USNS LARAMIE (T-AO 203), provided in response to solicitation N3220526R6027. The Offeror agrees to use the data solely for proposal preparation and contract performance, complying with distribution statements, export controls, and establishing organizational controls to prevent unauthorized disclosure. The Offeror must not copy or distribute the data without written authorization and is responsible for ensuring subcontractors also sign similar NDAs. Upon contract award to another entity or completion of work, the Offeror must return or destroy all data and certify its destruction. The Offeror is also liable for costs and damages resulting from any unauthorized disclosure.

The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is issuing a presolicitation for the Regular Overhaul and Dry-docking of the USNS LARAMIE (T-AO 203). This full and open competition seeks proposals from responsible sources to perform the work between April 20, 2025, and July 29, 2026. The contractor's facility must be located on the East or Gulf Coast due to operational and national security considerations. The solicitation, N3220526R6027, will be available around October 7, 2025, on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment Solicitation Module. Interested parties must complete a non-disclosure agreement to access the work item package and government-furnished technical data.
