    Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE is seeking a Construction Site Access Control System. This system will be used to validate and track all authorized personnel gaining access to the secure area of the construction zone on Offutt AFB, NE. It will be primarily wireless and cover the entire construction zone, allowing the Site Security Team to manage personnel entry, create reports, monitor system activity for 2 years, and manage visitors directly from a PC.
