The pump is used for repair and restoration of government-owned equipment to first-class operating condition. The contract/purchase order contains requirements for repair and the contract quality requirements for the pump. The contractor is responsible for inspection and acceptance of the supplies. The packaging requirements include the use of MIL-PRF-23199 packaging for parts subject to cleanliness controls. The deliverable item is expected to be received by the requiring office by a specified date. The contractor must provide and maintain an inspection system acceptable to the government. The distribution of the deliverable item is limited to US government agencies and their contractors.
