The NVGs had been previously purchased and are produced by L3 Technologies. L3 is the only producer of this specific model and the only company capable of the repairs. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting Beanchor Liggins via email only at bmliggins@fbi.gov, no later than 9am CT on January 9, 2026.
