The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Engineer District Charleston, is planning to solicit proposals for a Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build General Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This procurement aims to establish two MATOC pools with a total capacity of $499 million, specifically targeting small businesses, to support various construction projects within the Charleston District. The contracts will be structured with a three-year base period and an additional two-year option, with Pool A designated for the East MATOC at a maximum of $350 million and Pool B for the West MATOC at a maximum of $149 million.
