The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking information regarding upcoming workforce development programming in Ukraine, aimed at addressing critical job vacancies and upskilling workers amidst the ongoing conflict. The initiative, titled “USAID/Ukraine Workforce Development Activity,” focuses on improving labor force participation for marginalized populations, enhancing connections between employees and employers, and developing skills in key sectors such as construction and agriculture, which are vital for Ukraine’s recovery. This Request for Information (RFI) encourages responses from qualified firms, particularly local Ukrainian organizations, to inform a forthcoming Request for Proposal (RFP). Interested parties should submit their responses electronically to Ms. Maria Rosario Arenas at marenas@usaid.gov, with a copy to kyivoaaeg@usaid.gov, by the specified deadline. The RFI is not a solicitation and does not guarantee any contract award or payment for response preparation.
