THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT.  Program Executive Office Digital & Enterprise Services (PEO DES) intends to negotiate a firm fixed price sole source contract to Hexagon US Federal, Inc., 301 Cochran Rd, Huntsville, AL, 35824-1109. The proposed contract action is for the Consolidated Emergency Response System - Sustainment (CERS-S) in support of First Response dispatching. Hexagon’s proprietary I/CAD software is the only approved Marine Corps CERS 2.0 design. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541513; the business size standard is $32,500,000.  Period of Performance: April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2028.  THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a) "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". Unless stated herein, no additional information is available. Responsible interested parties may submit a capability statement in which they identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. All submissions must be received within fifteen calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis. The Government will consider all information received by the response date.
