The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has issued a Sources Sought Notice (NIST-SS26-CHIPS-07) to conduct market research for a Closed Loop Optical Cryostat. This equipment is crucial for NIST's CHIPS project, which aims to develop advanced measurement methodologies for detecting nanoparticle contaminants and impurity precursors in semiconductor manufacturing at extremely low concentrations.
