The Department of the Interior, through the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), is seeking qualified small businesses to provide Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs) Analytical Services under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contractor will be responsible for conducting a variety of scientific analyses on environmental matrices, including water and biological samples, adhering to standardized methods established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and other relevant organizations.
