    Special Notice: U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) intends to award a sole source contract to Platts for a subscription to Nucleonics, Inside NRC, and Nuclear Fuel publications. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811219, with a size standard of $20.5 million dollars. The Government will consider responses received by November 6, 2015, to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. However, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, and no solicitation package will be issued.
