    Special Notice: Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is hosting a series of learning events titled "Unlocking Opportunities: How to Do Business with DHS". The purpose of the event is to provide industry an overview of the key steps on "How to Do Business with DHS," including tips on business registration, understanding DHS needs and purchases, finding upcoming opportunities, leveraging DHS resources, understanding how DHS buys, gaining proposal information and tips, and insights on what to do after winning DHS work. The events will be held virtually via Adobe on Wednesday, February 28th, Thursday, April 18th, 1:00PM to 3:00PM, and Wednesday, July 31st, 10:00AM to 12:00PM. Interested parties can register for one of the three dates on the registration page. Please note that this is a learning event and does not constitute a pre-solicitation notice or an invitation to bid.

During this event, Dr. Garfield Jones, Associate Chief of Strategic Technology, will discuss research highlights of selected technologies that are relevant to current and future focus areas. The event will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams Webinar, allowing attendees to join from their desktop or mobile devices. It is important to note that this event will not discuss specific procurement actions or details. Please be aware that this notice is not a request for proposals, request for quotes, or any follow-up acquisition. CISA will not assume liability for any costs incurred by attendees or for any preparations or marketing efforts.
