Pursuant to FAR 5.203(a) Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), of on behalf of OSD/CAPE intends to extend services by issuing an extension to the incumbent, Tyto Government Solutions, Inc., [Cage Code: 7N699, 11950 Democracy Dr, Suite 650, Reston, VA 20190-5692]. The contractor is currently performing services under contract number HQ0034-20-F-0072 with services concluding on August 28, 2025. The anticipated period of performance for the bridge contract is five (5) months, from August 29, 2025, through, January 28, 2025.  
The anticipated award will be made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6 Limiting sources. The requirement is currently being re-competed through a competitive acquisition with an anticipated award in October 2025.
