Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE USACE Kuwait Vehicle Leasing Market Research: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is conducting preliminary market research to determine the local market capability to supply leased vehicles in Kuwait. The anticipated requirement is for at least five (5) and potentially more than thirty (30) vehicles for transportation throughout Kuwait. The vehicles needed range from full-size sedans to trucks and SUVs. The leasing agent must provide vehicles that can access all military installations, perform required servicing and inspections, offer 24/7 roadside assistance, provide full insurance with no deductible, and offer loaner vehicles if the contracted vehicle is unavailable.
