    Presolicitation COMMODITY FUTURES TRADING COMMISSION intends to procure a membership to the International Organization of Securities Commission (IOSCO) on a sole source basis. CFTC’s membership to IOSCO is critical to the Commission’s regulatory mission, enabling countries to assist in establishing regulations. The anticipated contract will have a period of performance of one (1) year. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued.
