Presolicitation COMMODITY FUTURES TRADING COMMISSION intends to procure a membership to the International Organization of Securities Commission (IOSCO) on a sole source basis. IOSCO is the international body that brings together the world’s securities regulators and is recognized as the global standard setter for the securities sector. CFTC’s membership to IOSCO is critical to the Commission’s regulatory mission, enabling countries to assist in establishing regulations. The anticipated contract will have a period of performance of one (1) year. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. However, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received by the date and time identified above.
