The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Air Force, is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather insights on intelligence systems and capabilities for Space Operations Command (SpOC). Furthermore, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept any unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party’s expense. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI is strictly voluntary. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.

Description:

Space Operations Command’s (SpOC’s) Intelligence Directorate acquires intelligence PCPAD (planning & direction, collection, processing & exploitation, analysis & production, and dissemination & integration) systems and capabilities involving hardware and software solutions; and we work with various mission partners to deliver operational intelligence capability for SpOC’s Intelligence units. Each effort/project is established with small, agile, empowered, and accountable teams consisting of program managers, intelligence and technical specialists, contracting officers, finance managers, and security personnel; while employing tailored acquisition strategies to enable success. At the same time, we aggressively work with partners across the Intelligence Community (IC), and Department of Defense (DoD), and Industry so all needed elements of each fielded capability happen on operationally relevant timelines.
