The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), is seeking qualified small businesses to provide Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) in support of emergency response efforts under the National Contingency Plan for oil spills and hazardous substance releases. This procurement aims to establish a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a maximum shared capacity of $97 million, primarily focused on projects in Alaska, with a potential 5-year base ordering period.
