The Department of Defense, specifically the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, is seeking to procure Power Plant Change (PPC) Kits to support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of various aircraft engines. The PPC program aims to address flight safety deficiencies, enhance operational readiness, and reduce the total cost of ownership for engines such as the F404, F414, CT7, T700, T58, T64, and T408, which are exclusively designed and developed by General Electric Aviation Engines (GEAE). This procurement is critical for ensuring the longevity and reliability of Navy and Marine Corps aircraft, with the potential for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers to also acquire approved modification kits.
