The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is issuing a solicitation for a $90 million Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract focused on Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (SRM) construction projects.
