The U.S. Department of State, through the American Embassy in Nairobi, is seeking professional services for the "Employability Summit 2026 – Kenya Tech Frontiers: Pathways for a Virtual Workforce." The initiative aims to prepare 100 Kenyan youth, aged 18-35, for a U.S.-ready virtual workforce while establishing documented business linkages with American companies across five U.S. government-affiliated American Spaces. This eight-month contract, running from October 2025 to May 2026, includes in-person training, curriculum development, participant recruitment, and the facilitation of engagements and MOUs with U.S. businesses. Proposals are due by September 26, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. East Africa Time, with a pre-proposal conference scheduled for September 17, 2025.
