Engineering Services and Science Capability Augmentation (ESSCA) II
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking information from potential sources for the Engineering Services and Science Capability Augmentation (ESSCA) II contract, which will support engineering and science disciplines at the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) and Stennis Space Center (SSC). The procurement aims to enhance capabilities across various engineering fields, including advanced propulsion, avionics, and systems engineering, through a contractor-provided Automated Tools for Order Management Simplification (ATOMS) Suite of software tools for effective contract management and financial oversight. Interested parties are encouraged to submit their capabilities and cost estimates by October 10, 2025, and may also participate in one-on-one meetings with the contracting officer, Sadie Moulton, at sadie.m.moulton@nasa.gov. The current ESSCA contract has a potential value of $1.9 billion over eight years, and the anticipated release of the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) is scheduled for late September 2025.
